Community Guidelines

This is for members of The Fix Collective Circle space. This community exists for support and real progress. To keep it that way, we have a zero-tolerance policy for the following. Anyone who crosses these lines will be removed immediately. There is zero reason not to treat everyone in the group with kindness, and as such there will be no:

1. No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. This includes comments about anyone’s race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, body, or background. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.

2. No unsolicited pitching or DMs. Don’t sell, recruit, or slide into members’ inboxes with offers, “quick questions,” or opportunities. If someone asks for a recommendation, you’re welcome to answer. There is also a dedicate space called “Offers & Updates” where you may link to legitimate offers you have produced and would like to make the group aware of. These are subject to review by moderators to ensure they are not spam or otherwise misleading.

4. What’s shared here stays here. Don’t screenshot, repost, or share anyone’s work, ideas, or personal stories outside this group without their permission. This is a private space.

5. No stealing ideas or content. Any shared frameworks, worksheets, offers, or other content provided as part of this cohort is copyrighted and not available for distribution to others outside of the group. Be inspired, don’t copy.

6. No bullying, shaming, or pile-ons. Feedback is welcome when it’s asked for, and it should be kind, specific, and useful.

7. Respect the time. Show up, cameras optional, distractions muted. Don’t hijack sessions with off-topic conversations or venting that pulls focus from the group.
