  • All materials and recommendations provided are final. This includes any photos or videos captured during VIP days. This is to ensure we can keep costs down so all businesses have an option for social content support.

  • One of our core goals is to keep high-quality content production costs as low as possible so everyone can benefit. Publishing content ads a layer of overhead costs that would make this goal much more difficult.

  • We want to ensure all materials provided to you make sense, so please don't hesitate to email us with any questions and we'll be sure to respond within 48 hours.

  • At this time, we are not offering any on-site production outside of the VIP days.

  • Nope! We specifically try to ensure over 50% of posts can be published using at least some content you've already produced over the years. That includes use of any VIP day content you may want to use in the future.

  • We suggest you start with the free Weekly Fix newsletter option and start building up a content baseline first. Our services are developed to work best with an established social profile in mind already.

  • We build posts so that over 80% of posts should take 10 minutes or less to produce from beginning to end.

    In general, we recommend allocating a minimum of 1 hour per week to social media utilizing our resources.

    For context, research shows small business owners spend upwards of 4 hours per WEEK on social media tasks.

  • We know how important it is — especially for small businesses — to be able to pivot quickly. All of our packages are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time.

  • Absolutely! Once you receive a brief, you can use and re-use it as you desire as long as your membership is active.
